Book is excellent, interesting and motivating. Nice book that was packaged in a best way. The achievement of his style is in making this bookfascinating for readers.
Csikszentmihalyi advises us to get involved in anything that demands ourfull attention. He prescribes 'attention' and 'commitment' to wake us up and put us in touch with our emotional self.
Mihaly talks about autotelism (having a purpose in and not apart from itself) when people experience 'flow' more frequently they lead happier life. Experiencing flow in any one or two spheres may restrict the completeness.
