This product is a grand slam home run. Easy to install and working perfectly.

Not an airtight seal that is required and needed on closet bend. The quality of the product is mediocre and the price is high.

You pay for what you get the value in these with the adjustable spacers stainless screws and anchors i only had to get my masonry bit to do the job

The original 4 pipe was in pretty bad shape after removal

The alternative was to cut up the subfloor and replace the entire pipe
