Pros

Great with chocolate ganache and meringue. They're from china and have a delicate texture, a buttery-resiny flavor when raw and a nice nuttiness when toasted.

Fisher chef’s naturals pine nuts are also good in recipes. These are good quality chopped hazelnuts. Black walnuts have a bolder, earthier taste as compared to regular walnuts. These black walnuts are great for making walnut bread!
