Pros
This is the only reason i gave it a 4-star rating. The four-year-old loves it. It's inexpensive and easy to learn.
First, i was impressed with the sturdy packaging, then the sturdiness of the harp. It seems well made and like it will hold up indefinitely. Materials seems of durable materials.
Use the little tuner key it is provided with. It's handy for keeping music and instrument together as well as a safe place for the tuning wrench. You absolutely need a tuner because it needs it weekly.
The instrument sounds just delightful. The sound is soft and lovely and far better than the grating squeaks of a recorder.

Cons
First note zither is handcrafted in europe but the box says made in china. I gave it a 3 on durability because to this i feel ambivalent. This is very touchy to tune.

It does go out of tune fairly quickly but that may be simply because its a new instrument

The product does not come from the factory accurately tuned right out of the box and it is unrealistic to expect it to be so

Attempting to tune this harp without a piano a guitar a digital tuner or other reliable frame of reference for setting the pitch of each string is a sure recipe for getting the tuning wrong and exposes you to the probability of overtightening strings and breaking them
