Pros

Finish's gel pacs are the best there is. They're a liquid/gel packet. Which is cheaper, around here. I only wish they were cheaper….

Cleans really well, no residue or streaks,has a bit of strong orange odor. Gives my dishes a glimmering shine. No residue and the citrus scent is a bonus.

Cons

The dishes are not clean even after using 2-3 cubes and pre-rinsing. They also leave behind an almost pine sol faint smell in some of the plastic cups. Around 10-20% of dishes & cutlery remains dirty after use.

Parts of outer casing is still in the dishwasher when the machine is done. Box is damaged and obviously been wet or some kind of moisture damage. The tabs are discolored and crumbling apart.
