This makes no improvement on the audio that already came out of my pc's average spec gaming motherboard in terms of quality or amplitude. This is not a gaming motherboard.

The sound quality is noticeably improved compared to my laptops on board sound card
Overall though i would recommend this product
Let me say upfront that i am no audiophile and therefore not particularly well qualified to comment on audio quality

It’s tiny size is amazing but it’s also annoying

Adjusting volume means that’s it moves and if you pull of the headphone lead the dac comes with you

The instructions are also quite basic although i managed to work out what i needed myself

I have not tried the balanced output because the cost of buying balance cables for all my headphones is more expensive than choosing the another amp that has 3
