Pros
Very durable product. This totally does the trick.
Full sound with the pro-ject, but a bit lacking in midrange and low frequencies with the fiio. Smooth clean undistorted sound to my mcintosh. This is a little less shrill than an older unit we were using.
They sound fantastic and work flawlessly. I'd prefer more mass, but that isn't going to come along with the low price.
It’s one of those things about hifi audio. Seems to be solidly built. I woild definitely recommend this item to any one who needs it.
Cons
The sound is flat, noisy and unimpressive. Tonality is ok but there is are no dynamics, the sound isflat & dull. This dac is a huge disappointment.

The preamp out from that amp was after the volume control and couldn’t be used to route signal to other rooms as before
