The riveted handle is thinner near the base by the rivets and then bulbs out the further it goes until it tapers to a rounded end

If theres a way to make something stick to a pan ill generally find it cheese eggs scorched butter but this pan resisted all my efforts and didnt let a thing stick not even melted burned cheese or eggs

Eggs and cheese just do not stick where theyd have been burned onto a regular pan

The only thing that would make this better is if it could be used with induction stoves and the handle attachments werent inside the pan

You cant use high heat or youll ruin the ceramics

Its too light to hold its place on the stove and in my house it gets knocked out of place on a busy stove
