I purchased a jtech returned it bought a second and finally gave up on the second one and tried the farstrider

The remote was weak and would not reach more than 6 so it was a hassle getting the jtech to wake up having to press the on repeatedly

The farstrider has a weak remote also not reaching more than 6 but it is no worse than the jtech as to remote strength

But again the farstrider should be better because it is hdmi 1

I switched farstrider between sources and it worked fine in the switching

It can duplicate the output or allow any of the 4 inputs on any of the 2 outputs

Otherwise you have to guess which switch and input is connected to which device
