Pros & Cons

Pros

Still performs like it did for my mom 65 years ago. Also my old 2 qt. A classic. Nice comments from our caregivers they like it a great deal. Loved it then and still do. Needed another one.

Great size for chili and soup. It heats evenly, cleans we'll and is just the right size for 2-4 servings. Heavy pot lid nice and heavy is not bent out of shape from 30 years of big family use.

I was given my first set of farberware pots and pans at my bridal shower over 30 years ago. Most of my pots and pan are now all-clad tri ply. I was gifted with farberware classic stainless steel starter set as a wedding gift.

The shiny finish is still shiny, and cover for a small scratch simehow and the bottom is 90% the original volor.

Cons

The old set has not one sign of pitting. One of the 2 qt pots is dented.
