Pros

This tofu press is genius un its simplicity and functionality. For functionality, this press does the job.

The press is in an odd shape so keep that in mind when storing. The press itself is sturdy, easy to clean and works well. But as a frequent consumer of tofu living in a small apartment, i live in an rv where space is at a premium.

Cons

One side gets stuck and is impossible to unscrew. The only way i can fix it now, is to strip it of the treads which would make it useless anyway. The screws should be able to be tightened ever more than they do.

Upon opening the box my first thought was 34well theres another gadget that will never get used

I really do wish i got the kind that collects the tofu juice into its container

This think is kind of bigger than i expected and isnt easy to store in a drawer since it isnt a perfect boxy shape and 2
