The package is not in english so there aren't any instructions, but there are plenty of videos on youtube to help figure out how to apply them.
Even though it's super inconvenient i would say put them on before you apply your makeup and kinda try to work around it. Now my eyes look more awake and eyeliners dont smudge anymore!
Cons
Can irritate sensitive skin if worn 24/7. Doesn't stick well. The adhesive is great, but when i removed the strip it removed some skin and it hurt. Not sure if it’s the type of adhesive that has caused this bad reaction or my skin is just overly sensi... Read More

Getting the tape in the correct place on your eyelid requires some practice in the beginning
