Clasp and belt are strong. Got my item 2 days after purchase. My iphone 5 fits in it but i'm sure it would stretch to fit a bigger phone.

It is extremely tight and a bit of a struggle in order to get in the pouch which makes it not very user friendly for myself

Since i am not willing to remove my phone from its case each time i would want to use the belt i am unable to put my phone in the pouch
