It doesnt give you that burst of energy that caffeine delivers but for a nonstim preworkout mix its effective

Tingles usually come from a jolt i used to feel them when i was driving and needed to break quickly so maybe i’m not feeling them because i’m working from home now… mixes well with coffee haven’t tried it cold
