Easy to apply by brush. Quick drying and simple to follow instructions. Can be applied in damp conditions.
Cons
Tin in mid march box and can was dented and battered with duck tape over the lid. Probably ok but wrong colour.

This can i ordered i sent back but i bought a small can as well this product has been around for years and for a long time i worked on maintenance in a large factory building helicoptersand this product was the go to product when fixing gutter leaks the gutters being 60 centimetres wide i think it was a different brand

Struggled to get the initial application to dry enough for a second coat

It can be applied in damp conditions but best results are obtained if excess water and dirt are removed as much as possible

The only problem it takes ages to dry even after a few days it was still ‘tacky’ to touch and consequently there were things like leaves bird feathers insects and bits of dust stuck to it and was a pain to clean off

I applied a second coat because i had half a tin still left so i thought might as well us it all
