The chips are 40 x 60mm and the heat sinks are 40 x 40 so there is an overhang of about 10mm on each side

I measured 212 degrees f after the led had been on for one continuous hour

When i measure the heat on the back edge overhang of the aluminum led it only measures 100 deg f
