Pros & Cons
Pros
Speaker is loud and clear with volume turned up. Even with volume down it is audible for listening to broadcasts. Stations are nice and clear, and the signal range is pretty good. It has a noaa radio, an am/fm radio and a flashlight.
This radio is a must have for my pot bellied pig. The last storm here in northern mn. Was the last storm. Lotsa features and good quality. Good for camping or go bag.
Cons
Red battery light never turns off no matter how long its cranked or set in the sunlight. The solar panel is enough to power the radio and thats it. Will not charge at all.
Grundig fr-200 emergency radio is easily 15 years old, has better features, and still holds its charge for hours before needing a'rewind' do not but this. Sorry, my recommendation this is a no-buy item for me.
It’s deader than dead. Kinda pointless isn’t it?
