Pros & Cons

Pros

The photos are great, the text is great, and everyone from beginner to advanced is going to get something out of it. It is both badass and extremely challenging. The author is entertaining.

It is not clear as to which programme is better or for what reasons, but what i like about pavel is that he designs programmes that are each excellent in their own way. Also recomend simple & sinister by pavel.

Cons

The information contained in this book is incomplete. It can be resumed in just a few pages. The book reads like a 2nd grader wrote it.

The program minimum is a good way to break into kettlebells, but pavel doesn't explain what to do once you can do 5 minutes of getups.

The worst part of the * on the hands is the drop. Well, perhaps, it isn't quite that bad, but you get the gist. It is overpriced.

All of pavel's books are highly over priced and, while informative, you have to screen through alot of b. This pavel dude is heavy on the attitude and on b.
