Midrange is wonderful, so pleasing to listen to. After about 20 hours of play they really began to shine.

Impressive so far, i remeber when these were close to $400. For the price they are hard to beat. They are a steal at the price considering they retailed for 400 or so when they came out.

Cons

Wharfedale diamond ii has monotone bass, midrange suckout, whispy treble and plastic coloration.

But depending on the recordings quality sometime i do feel the need to use it

I have a denon 891 av reciever that matches very well with warm natural sound
