The item was ever so slightly damaged in the mail and i advised eezy

Not only did they email me back within 15 minutes but they also immediately rectified the problem and sent me a brand new umbrella even though the umbrella i received was only slightly damaged and advised i should keep the broken one so as to not incur any future expensesinconveniences

The button closes the actual umbrella but you have to push pretty hard to get the wand to close fully

When opening the arm extends and umbrella opens and when you push it again to close the umbrella which it brings it down but you need to manually retract the arm and click it into place
