Pros & Cons
Pros
I needed something that will retract and not leave me stranded. These stabilizers blow away the competition.
Buy the proper bolts, locking and flat washers and nylon locking nuts for your install. These are lubed and came with the drill bit.
Cons
The mounting plate is bolted to the jack, not welded as slightly better brands. The teeth themselves are not one piece of metal but two sets of teeth side by side. The threaded rod has to bare more than ten times the force that the jack is lifting.
Stabilizer/leveling jack for rv/trailer (not designed for tire 2. Rated for 7500 pounds. Struggled with 6000 pounds of rv. My total camper weight is only 7700 lbs.
