After less than a year of use it now has a gaping hole in the top. This means everything just gathers in the bottom of the rucksack and all of his books are getting wrecked.

Cant comment on sturdiness and durability as only been used for 6 weeks but seems ok so far

It was perfect until the one of the straps completely tore off

The straps are very stiff and too wide for me

Maybe with constant use it will get better but unless i weigh it down a lot it currently stands up off my shoulders rather than actually lying against the back which unfortunately makes it rather impractical and uncomfortable
