Pros
This is the creamiest best tasting protein mix out there.
Calorie shake is great for those who don't eat breakfast. It doesn't stop hunger, but it helps curb it.
This mixes very well and provides a good 2-3 hour period of feeling satiated. I am lactose intolerant so i mix with my lactose free fat free milk and it's truly good! It seems to mix well and without clumping. Dissolves completely -- no lumps.
This is the only protein powder that tastes good to me. It tastes great and satisfies my appetite for a few hours. I'd have some more calcium per serving, and then maybe more of other nutrients.
Cons
I am whey disappointed. This flavor, along with the vanilla flavor, are way to sugary tasting. It tastes good but it must have artificial sweetners because it made me super dizzy.
