Pros

Using it to power my house on cape cod during a nor'easter. Changed out the murky oil after 8 hours on propane. Love having this and wifee loves knowing we're ready for power outages.

Buyer beware. Buyer beware. This is not the review i had hoped to write. I'm not sure how this company has the such positives reviewers?

Never started easily after that during biannual maintenance. Can't lift by myself to take to return center and live alone in rural area. When someone says it's so easy a 6th grader could do it you know you're in trouble.

It supposedly has a "warranty" but i don't want a replacement or parts. Got a dented rim on wheel and cracked rubber. While pulling a bolt fell out of the engine block.

There were no support braces to hold the generator still inside the box. Whenever 230vac is plugged in and selected, the main breaker on the generator immediately trips.

It runs a long long time on a tank of gas which is important with the cost of gas today

Shipping

It was very difficult to get the shipping supports off

The shipping mount was not properly installed and the mounts that hold the generator were broken

The bolts holding the shipping bracket on are made of such cheap metal that they stripped after one turn with the included tools

Once we got one that was without shipping damage we were excited to get it installed into a bay in our class a

Right out of the box quick assembly and then hooked up propane and it worked perfectly
