Pros
It works great massaging the hands and feet. It also helps massage your knee joints. I have one under my desk at all times.
They are awesome. They are sturdy and easy to travel with as needed. This thing delivers.
It just looks like a simple textured ball, but does wonders on my hands. Just laying the balls on the ground and rubbing feet on top of while watching tv is crazy relaxing.

First set was defective you can feel the outside rubber separate from the inner core but it does work
