They are sturdy, lightweight, yet tight enough to never slip off my running shoes. Perfect for icy weather. These are indispensable on ice and slippery conditions.

Incorrect sizing. Spent $15 for nothing.

Theyre fine for the outdoors but if you step inside on a smooth surface the steel coils alone are just as lethal as the birks with their compound soles on the ice
