Pros

The memory foam in this pillow is perfect. There are multiple inserts so you can customize it to some extent. First off the item arrived soon then anticipated, so thank you. I highly recommend!

Cons

It's only saving grace is that this pillow works for someone that only wants a pillow that returns to its full shape after sleeping on it. It never filled out, the cover fits very loose.
