I popped it into the oven at 280°f for a little over two hours and the crystals were orange again

Do that on a quite humid day and youre locking all that humidity in your safe along with your copy of the guttenberg bible

My papers are fine the silica hasnt changed color yet and i have a fresh one still in the plastic wrap ready to go into service if duty calls

I play them in my toaster oven at 350 for about 20 mins or until the silica pebbles have turned a bright tangerine color then i turn it off and let it cool for another 20mins in the over before putting it back into my pelican case

Doing an internet search will prove that i am not the only person that has had this problem with this refrigerator so im sure its some type of design flaw in the fridge
