Pros
These tablets are perfect for kids. They are inexpensive and work just fine for children. The camera is very handy. They do have a screen protector and case.
Videos play, apps download, and it's an overall great tablet for my soon to be 7 year old. The zoodles app that comes on this tablet is great for using it in child mode!
Cons
Tablet crashes during demanding games like game of war-fire age. It is extremely slow in processing and is so clunky. The battery on this tablet is horrible.
Tabletexpress says there's only a thirty day return window. The charger is weird to put in as others have said and the first time i thought i was charging it, i didn't have the charger pushed in all the way.
Copy and paste the warranty from their web site. They offer a 30-days refund warranty and a 90-days manufacturer replacement warranty.

They are not as sensitive to the touch and take too long for an adult that is use to the speed and accuracy of good technology

This is the 2nd tablet of the dragon touches i have bought i thought the first was just a fluke but now on the second about 7 months later doing the same as the other it does not want to hold a charge

That being said for those looking for a budget tablet for some app gaming do be aware that this tablet will run into some issues trying to play more modern games
