Pros
Ear plugs can be clipped to a belt or pack for easy storage and transport. Easy to insert and remove, and the case is easy to hook into a belt. Most convenient part is the case it comes in.
Cons
Too large for my ears and not malleable enough to fit. Also,one of the stems is bent and and the little plastic piece at the end of the stem has a gap compared to the other one.

A little bit of loss in the highs and low end of the bass and the case is a little soft and nicks easily

Went to see a couple action movies and this brought the volume down from painfully loud to merely loud

I had only worn disposable earplugs before and they felt awkward and hard to use

I did feel they did not perfectly seal my ears sometimes but maybe its me that didnt put them on correctly

I have been living with tinnitus for over 6 years and it has been a horrible experience
