It has a firm feel to it which i like but if you want to sink into a couch this is not the one

If you have this couch up to a wall its no big deal but if the back is exposed to the room i think this would not look good

The chip did not show once assembled so it wasnt a big concern

Got some upholstery cleaner and the stains came right out after the second try

The back cushions are a little droopy but you can unzip and flip so its not that bad id imagine theyd have to be way more expensive to keep that from happening

I do this almost daily and while its an annoyance its certainly not making me look for a replacement

Under the cushions there are cracks on the sides and back so my apple tv remove sometimes gets lost and falls through to the floor
