Pros

It lifts wonderfully easy and for now stays in place. It's sturdy and the table top lifts easily and stays up/in place, great.

Coffee table is a great solution if you are looking for a table that is multi functional. Seems sturdy& functions as advertised.

Legs are easy to assemble however you have to be patient because the included screwdriver is longer than the available turning area.

Cons

The arms that extend the table upward are very stiff, i think it's because the rivets are too tight. The second problem is it's top heaviness.

There were so many chips and scratches all over the table. The table top was cracked on every corner. Had to replace as there were only 3 rolling around in package and those were striped out.

Great quality product put together quickly and easily.

I knew with the price that it wouldn’t be a spectacular piece, but it was exactly what i expected.

With the top raised it easily tips.

It arrived had clearly been opened before and the package with the hardware was open and partially empty.

Best price i found for a lift top table.

It looks more expensive than what the price is.

If i would have paid full price i would have been a bit miffed.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging- i was impressed with the packaging.

The packaging with all the screws and washers was not sealed shut, so when we opened the box there was 25 pieces all.

Competitiveness

The fake marble fools no one, but still looks good in among other okay-ish furniture.

Still can’t beat the deal for the price.

We have a rambunctious 65lbs pitbull and 2 cats.

I would suggest a 2nd person to help flip the table.
