The heart monitor works with my old cardiosport chest strap and by extension i assume most generic chest straps

However once got into the correct mode it works well and the display is in my opinion a leader in this class of exercise bikes

Great exercise bike for the money at the time of writing weve had this exercise bike for about a month and a half
