I am not keto or diabetic but i do have reactive hypoglycemia and i eat only complex carbs that take awhile to digest so my sugar does not drop if you are expecting bread you will be sadly dissapointed these are not bread they are more cornbread like and rough in texture but and the taste is going to be nothing like you have probably ever tasted but it is a good substitution if you are like me and want to live a normal life and not have your sugar drop dangerously low a couple hours after a meal the cheese makes these palatable will order again price is way too much for what you get but what are you going to do this is a driven world  Read Less
