The silicone encases a metal handle and is firm but flexible. Upgraded from an old spatula. Excellent spatule et manche d’une seule pièce sans se désassembler.
Cons
Too many fat handles don't fit into a crock, if that's how you store your utensils. The trend is to try to make things ergonomic.
