Very satisfied with my purchase. Their forever warranty is great. Can't beat customer service like this! Fantastic customer service.

These are so much more heat resistant, and different sies and shapes take care of almost all of our needs. We have other spatulas, but i find myself always reaching for this one.

Cons

Food is getting lodged in the crevice. Similar reviews to mine with the disintegration of the silicone around the perimeter. Very flimsy material.

Lasted 1. Less than six months and the silicone skin tore.

Every email requesting a followup has never been followed up on. Sent 2 warranty claims, emailed 3 times and called twice. Like others, emailing the company to ask them to replace the spatula under warranty has gotten nowhere.

Very unimpressed with the quality of these. Will seek other brands. Gir and hotec, their quality is 10x better. Steer clear of this particular spatula and di oro more generally.
