Very nice to keep the shape of egg tart but the molds are really sharp and sometimes will cause “paper cut” need to be careful when you tried to remove the egg tart from molds

These are good egg tart molds but if you dont put a layer of oil first the puff pastry will stick on it and not easy to clean

I didnt measure the size of the big egg tarts sold at bakeries so was just a bit disappointed when it wasnt as large as we expected

We were able to knock the tarts loose and most of them fell off cleanly

Its a pain to remove all the little crusts that remain on the edges
