The edges are nicely fluted for a nice look. Perfect for steaming and baking.
These things are pretty tiny, but if you're looking to make small (1 or 2 bites) tarts or hors d'oeuvres, these are great. These are wider and slightly flatter than the ones i've seen others using to make *.

Cons
The coating is not good that the surface is easy to get scratch. The circumference is a little too wide for my preference but shallow enough that it can easily tip over. It's a little bit shallow.

They are aluminum so it is recommended that they be hand washed and not in a dishwasher
