Whether boiled or baked, it's got a rubbery-like texture (not rubbery) it's soft and cooks in just 2 mins. They puff up nicely when cooked, the taste is awesome.

Made broccoli ham soup. Used gnocchi as a substitute for potatoes in hamburger soup. I'm gluten free and thought this was, too.

This is my favorite brand of gnocchi so it was a no brainer. Loved the mini size, too. Buying things in bulk on amazon really makes sense.

The product has an expiration date of 5-22-2016. This is inexcusable!

If you cook them very quickly (no more than 2 minutes) and drench them in a generous amount of spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese, they are all right.
