Pros

The music is energized, the instructor gina b is very engaging. Gina’s cueing is pretty good. Would love more and longer from her. Love her accent. Her mum is in it. Gina is fantastic, very pleasant.

I am 66 and have sore knees, which im sure would feel better if i lost some weight. I really like how it exercises all of my body and switches sides in a timely manner. This is low impact, and it lasts long enough to actually burn off fat.

It's definitely more a dance workout than a walk, but there is marching in place. The music is great to dance to and i always get a kick out of mila when the foxtrot track 8 plays; groove mila!

Theyre also organized properly so you get a cool down break with the foxtrot after you do the jive etc

But on a previous dance exercise dvd i could not keep up with the pace id get a step wrong and then be lost
