This mat is perfect for cutting fabric with a rotary cutter. Works great and has a nice grid and helpful markings. This works great for cutting sewing fabric.
It takes a bit to get to the flaking or tiny pieces starting to come out. That's what happens when you carve things with a blade. The blades are where the true investment to be towards.

Chitchenitza was our first project and we had to cut a loooot of lines and you could hardly tell that we used it

Came shipped in a flat box so it was not curled into a tube

The 1 lines are pretty thick making it difficult to cut by is 1 inch the whole line or the edge of the line
