Pros
Water is crystal clear. Skin feels softer. My fiancee and my skin feels so much better with this showerhead.
It does tend to drop forward, but that's my only complaint. It isn't too heavy to hold and stays in position without trouble.
Cons
Both our skin and hair feel equally as dry and flaky as before installing this filtered showerhead. This is an unfortunate design flaw and we may stop using it for this reason.

The water supply where i live is very high in copper so i was looking for something that would filter copper out of my shower water

We have extremely hard water here in rockwood ontario ca this year seemed to be worse with my skin full of rashes and peeling skin dry scalp and really icky feeling hair no good for me as it is super thick and down to my waist
