Pros
Easier to clean, put together and dices wonderfully. Can be easily pulled back up. A little difficult to clean but was able to use a strong spray to dislodge the stuck cherries. Easy to stick in the dishwasher and clean.
This product has a lifetime warranty.
It's meant for quickly chopping up firm stuff like nuts and onions. Bought this for chopping pecans to a good size for overnight oats. Also have used for some vegetables.
Cons
The blades are ttttoooooo wide to chop items, and food gets stuck in the blades. The blade is attached to the main shaft and cannot separate. Thus not being able to throughly clean being permanently attached.
Need to buy a sturdier product next time. Spend the extra $ and get the pampered chef. Wish i could get reimbursed.

It takes a little getting used to because you have to really push it up and down vigorously

Also as noted in some of the other reviews it is pretty small so there is only a limited amount you can chop at once
