It is also possible to get a send away putty on ebay that you can form to your mouth and they post you back formed mouth trays as you would get in the dentist

See the difference even after the first use and more important no damaging chemicals that harm the teeth i made a bit of a mess though with the teeth moulds which do not fitting properly now but i would say thats my fault for rushing to try the productso my advice to anyone is to practise with the moulds first which is stated in the instructions and dont be like me and rush that important part
