It is only loud if it is on full blast and even then it isnt that loud

Biggest complaint seems to come right from china all chinese lettering on box no instructions have to figure it out yourself

Some other amazon customers have been posting pictures of before and after temperatures of their laptops and i can say that the ones that show their laptop significantly cooler from this vacuum are legit

It does make noise obviously but its not so loud too the point where its unbearable and extremely distracting

The instruction dont come in english which would be a problem with something that requires more than some assembly required and you dont really need them
