    The pitcher is about the standard size milk pitcher so im blaming the design of the thermometer for the fact that i have to stick it in a bit tilted in order to use it

    Youre only really supposed to steam almond or coconut milk to about 130 degrees and if i watch the gauge until it reaches 130 and then stop moments later the heat reads closer to 140 degrees
