Pros & Cons
Pros
Thermal grizzly's conductonaut is very liquid and will drip. This product is thicker so it probably contains less gallium or something. Totally worth adding on top of the ihs between the water cooler as well.
Used after a 7700k de-lid. Lowered the temps on my broadwell i7-5775c from 96c at 4. Great for delid of stubborn high temp intel with * tim. Overclocked to 5ghz stable at 74c - 78c. Worked perfectly on a delidded 8700k processor.
Works as advertised. Worth every penny. Has some risk, but great reward.
Cons
This stuff is way over priced and a waste of money for gpus. Better choices available on amazon = grizzly kryonaut (expensive/great), arctic mx-4 (cheap/good) or arctic silver 5.
This stuff spreads horribly. Attempted to spread on heat sink but was unable to fully distribute the tiny amount of liquid using the brushes provided in the kit.
Highlights
Quality
Really liked the product it really worked very good i would totally recomend this it really helped my laptop to cool down a lot more
Also great improvement in temps with older i7s after delid and paste replacement with the original lid back on
However there was about a 15c delta between the hottest and coolest core but this was probably due to the application method or... Read More
I was wary about delidding but with the ridiculously high stock temps on my kaby lake i7700k i practically didnt have a choice but to delid
Shipping
Made the process fast and stress free
Competitiveness
It is as effective as it’s competition and easier to apply so it is definitely hard to not recommend this product
Used this on a delidded 6700k 4
There is no little way to apply it from the syringe so i just took a little glob from the top with a qtip and spread it that way
Liquid ultra delid dropped max temps by 7 c idle by 3 c and only see 23 c max variance between core
