The only problem i would complain about and complain is a strong word in this case is that if you dont find the proper bottle you wont get a good seal and the water will slowly puddle around the base of the unit

As everyone else says though you need to use the bottles with the full neck not the reduced plastic eco sized ones

Im not sure if longer term this will have a negative effect on the unit but so far 1 month into use it seems to be fine

I didnt fully read the instructions to begin with so i couldnt figure it out at first but all you have to do to turn it on is plug it in and push the button i didnt see the button at first
