Pros & Cons
Pros

Long suffering cookware. I have a large stainless steel pot i use to make soups and chicken dumplins, which gave been sticking to the bottom and burning after cooking sever hours. It converts any sturdy large pot into a slow cooker.
Cons
The mat is very thin and lightweight. It cracks where 1 of the groves touches the surface of the stove.

Unfortunately things that require a low simmer tend to be overcooked because even on its lowest setting the temp is too high and things tend to burn or scald
