Pros
This stuff apparently is worth every penny. Can take some time but not that long. Try to keep the foam, the point is to mix in a container big enough to allow the reaction.
Only damaged one shirt slightly when i put the powder on directly and brushed (not following directions) most of my stains are organic. Magic eraser and mildew remover spray. No noticeable odor that i can smell once it's dried.
Cons
Water bottle sprayer or garden sprayer can't get more than a few sprays out of the granules. No effect on mildew stains on cabinet wood, front or backside. White residue left in shower basin. Manufacturer claims you can just spray and leave it without... Read More
Tried on corian - didn't make any change after 5 applications left on 24 hours each. Now my pop up canopy canvas looks like crud.

Very very happy with the product and will probably be back to buy more at the start of next summer
So value and ease of use a a factor but i am happy with the results
Not s good as a bleach product
Product works good just make sure to mix it as specified
Packaging/appearance
We had such stubborn mold stains on our polyester indooroutdoor couch cushions that we almost spend 250 for new ones
It certainly took care of the mildew and drastically lightened the mold
Competitiveness
It sure really how much better than cheaper alternatives
Imagine the inside of a 27 boat with moldmildew bow to stearn from sitting for 3yrs unprotected

You have to stir it and let it activate as they instruct

Used in conjunction with the mold killer the mold cleaner removed all of the mold
